Possible questions for your family research:
1 What were your relatives called?
2 When and where were they born?
3 What did they do for a living?
4 How have wars, conflicts and historical events affected your family history?
5 Did your ancestors move from place to place? Why?
6 Are there any family legends in the family? Tell some of them if you like.

I would like to say a few words about my family. My mother’s name is Natasha(имя вашей мамы); my father’s name is Igor(имя вашего папы). All of them were born in Moscow, but I was born in Saint Petersburg. Why? I’m going to tell you about them.
My father has been working in a bank and he has been sent on along vacation to Saint Petersburg with his family. So there I was born in 1994.
Speaking about my grandparents, I can say that my grandfather took part in the Second World War. I think that this has affected on my family very much. But one thing that I know is that my ancestors have never moved from one place to another. They always stayed on the same place in their country. I love my family and my history of my family. I think that it’s unique and fascinating.
Speaking about our legends, I can say that we have one — it’s about my grand grandmother. Nobody knows about it the truth, but everybody used to tell that my grand grandmother was a witch, who seduced a priest, while she was dancing at the main squire of the town. So that’s my story of my family.
