The authors’ purpose is to explain that how we feel about ourselves is very important and that we should ignore what the media shows us and concentrate on what we like about ourselves (Цель автора объяснить, что то, как мы чувствуем себя очень важно, и что нам следует игнорировать то, что показывают в СМИ и концентрироваться на том, что нам нравится в себе).
